Long description
Steady is a pelvic floor trainer for men on Android, made by an independent developer. It offers short, guided Kegel sessions with a distinct vibration and a quiet tone for each phase, so you can follow along without watching the screen. Steady 28 is a fixed 28-day plan with one session a day. Pocket mode, optional voice cues, up to three daily reminders and a home-screen widget help you keep the habit. Steady has no account and no ads, and your training is never uploaded. Week 1 of Steady 28 and several sessions are free; Steady Pro unlocks the rest.
